Today, on Samtredia St. of the Didube district was held the consecration ceremony of the church of St. George. The opening ceremony of the church was attended by the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II.

On 17th of November 2011, at 5 p.m., at the office of the International Charitable Foundation of the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, will be held a meeting with the lecturer of the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts Inga Gabashvili-Marshania.

The Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II was visited by the famous jazz accordionist Richard Galiano. The meeting was held at the residence of the Patriarch.

On November 12, near the Metekhi bridge was held the consecration ceremony of the small church of the 100 00 martyrs. On November 13, the whole of Georgia will be celebrating the Memorial Day of 100 000 martyrs.

Today, upon the blessing from the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II, at the Holy Mount Athos was served the prayer chapel of Our Lady.

On 10th of November 2011, at 5 p.m., at the office of the International Charitable Foundation of the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia will be held a meeting with the poet Mikhail Tkebuchava (“Mebage”).

On 31th of October, in frames of "Youth meetings with famous people" project was held the meeting in the village Badiauri of Sagaredjo district.

On 3th of November, in Samtredia was opened the first cathedral. The festive liturgy was held by the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, the Archbishop of Mtskheta and Tbilisi, the Metropolitan Bichvinta and Tskhum-Abkhazia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II.
