Today, at 14:00 hours by Tbilisi time, upon the blessing from the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, the Archbishop of Mtskheta and Tbilisi, and the Metropolitan of Bichvinta and Tskhum-Abkhazia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II, at the Iveron Monastery on Holy Mount Athos, in the crypt of Our Lady in Holy Jerusalem, and the newly built monastery complex on Mount Makhata in Tbilisi, simultaneously were served the prayer chapels of Our Lady in the name of territorial unity of Georgia and Georgian people’s prosperity, as well as the successful completion of the monastery complex on Mount Makhata.

Chapel on Mount Athos was served by the Metropolitan of Sachkhere and Chiatura Daniel, alongside with the clergy and arrived especially for this event to Mount Athos Georgians. Among them was the famous Georgian opera singer Paata Burchuladze. In Jerusalem, in the crypt of Our ​​Lady, the church service was held by the deputy rector of the Holy Trinity Patriarchal Cathedral, Archimandrite Ilia Nasidze.
