The VII International Festival ‘From Easter to Ascension’

The VII International Festival "From Easter to Ascension" is dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the enthronement of the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II.

The next evening of the festival will be held in Martvili, under the open air, in the summer residence of "Salkhino" of the princes Dadiani.

The Symphony Orchestra of the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet State Theatre

“Film Music of Charlie Chaplin”

Conductor – Mariano Rivas

After Martvili the concerts will continue in Kutaisi (May 22), and the final evening of the festival traditionally will be held on the feast of the Assumption in the city of Batumi, where, on May 24, the new hall of the Music Center will host a concert devoted to the works of the famous composer Joseph Bardanashvili.
