The International Charitable Foundation on Spiritual, Cultural and Scientific Revival and Development was established by the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia on 8^th of February 2005 year. The main goals of the Foundation are: the support in the strengthening of Georgian statement and the support in revival and future development of the spiritual and cultural life, science, national traditions and values.

The Foundation is ruled by the board which is chaired by the Patriarch of All Georgia. The board members are the representatives of clergy, civic society, culture and science.

Since the establishment of the Foundation, by Foundation’s financial support, were carried out a lot of interesting and important projects. Among them are: Anti-drug program, in frames of which was held the research of the public opinion on drug addiction; under the Patriarchate of Georgia was established the Anti-Drug Center (2006-2007 years); in the monastery of Transformation and monastery of All Saints, at the Tabor Mountain in Tbilisi, was established the Psycho-Rehabilitation Centers for the persons with addiction to chemical drugs.

Starting from 2006 year, in order to popularize the classical music, by Foundation is held the International Festival “From Easter to Ascension”.

By Foundation was also created the concept of the demographic development and held the research on demographic policy effective propaganda and many other important projects.

Currently, the Foundation carries out: The weekly project – “Youth Meetings with the Famous People" in frames of which are held the regular meetings of scientists and artists with the various high schools students. On the meetings students are able to have the conversations and discussions on the interesting for them problems.

In order to promote the healthy lifestyle, in 2011 year, the Foundation held several marathons in which the pupils of different ages have participated.

The project "Donate Love to Each-Other" in frames of which, once in a week, is held the children's charity exhibition-sale of paintings. Project participants are the pupils of various public schools. The money, received from the exhibition-sale, is spent on medical drugs, toys and other items which are delivered to various target groups.

In spite of their religious beliefs and ethnic origin any person may participate in activities of the Foundation. Of particular importance is the financial support of the Foundation for the charity through a phone number - 160-01 with an opportunity for public to participate in the formation of the Foundation’s income. Their activity indicates the great confidence in Foundation’s occupation. The financial support to Foundation is also provided by the local and foreign donors, but for Foundation the participation of the population of Georgia is most important and valuable.
