Today, the Georgian Orthodox Church celebrates the arrival of the miraculous icon "Anchiskhati" from Edessa to Constantinople. In connection with this event, the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II, together with the accompanying clergy, visited the National Museum where he spent the chapel before the icon "Anchiskhati". The Primate of the Georgian Church prayed for all Georgia and parishioners of the Orthodox Church. Following the service, His Holiness and Beatitude visited the golden fund of the National Museum.
