The Catholicos-Patriarch visited the Church of the Assumption in Rustavi

The Catholicos-Patriarch held the liturgy at the newly opened Church of the Assumption in the city of Rustavi. The church, whose construction lasted 10 years, differs from others because it consists of masonry built with the help of glue and eggs. This method of construction was not used in Georgia since the 16^th century. Ilia II congratulated the parishioners on the completion of the church.
