The Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, Archbishop of Mtskheta and Tbilisi, Metropolitan of Bichvinta and Tskhum-Abkhazia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II today met with Georgian, Abkhazian and Ossetian children and also with the children arrived from seven other countries of the world. The meeting lasted two hours. In general, conversation turned to friendship of Georgian and Abkhazian people and the restoration of cordial relations. A meeting with the Catholicos-Patriarch was initiated by the Finnish-Georgian Association of Friendship and Cultural Relations - "Eureka" and at the request of young people who came for a visit to Georgia. Catholicos-Patriarch blessed the children who visited Georgia in the framework of the International Summer School and presented to each of them the compact discs of church hymns.
