Soon, jn the Adjacent to the Holy Trinity Cathedral territory would be built the Centre of Spirituality and Culture. The author of the idea of the project is Koba Kobaladze.

The dinner in honor of the event at the Radisson Hotel was attended by the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia,  Archdishop of Mtskheta-Tbilisi, Metropolitan of Bichvinta and Sukhumi-Abkhazia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II. The event was also attended by Georgian Prime-Minister and representatives of the business sector.

Catholicos-Patriarch in his speech noted the great significance of building the Centre of Spirituality and Culture. The center would be built on the north-east territory of the Holy Trinity Cathedral and will occupy 6630 square kilometers. Three-storey building will serve as the museum, the residence of the Catholicos-Patriarch and the housing for the monks. The museum will present the personal belongings of the Patriarchs of Georgia.

Presented at the party project-layout of the Center’s building is not the final version and the project will be improved. Construction will begin in the nearest future.
