For several days, by the means of mass media and social networking some personalities and news agencies are disseminating the false information about the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia and the meeting of the Holy Synod, scheduled for June 3. They are deliberately trying to mislead the public that they already have done before. We would like to explain that this is a common, regular meeting of the Holy Synod, which runs twice a year in the Georgian Patriarchate.
