In February 2014 , in frames of project “The Intellectual and Educational Studio” at the International Foundation of the Catholicos- Patriarch of Georgia, students will be offered a course of lectures - "History of Traditional Religions in Georgia", which will be headed by renowned scholars and teachers of the Theological Academy . In particular, the first and second cycle of lectures will be given to "The History of Islam in Georgia" (6, 13 February). First two lectures will be headed by Professor of Tbilisi State University Giorgi Lobjanidze . Third lecture will be held on the topic - "History of Catholicism and the Gregorian Church in Georgia ", which will read the lecturer of the Theological Academy-Seminary, Father Jakob Chichiladze ( February 20). And the final part of the cycle will be given to the subject - "The History of Orthodoxy in Georgia", headed by Doctor of Theology and History, Father George Gugushvili (27 February).
