As it became known to public, the non-governmental organization "Identoba" stated that they have the desire, and they already have started raising funds in this purpose, to establish a shelter for homeless children.

The organization "Identoba" is a defender of homosexuals’ rights and an active supporter of gay men and other sexual minorities. Naturally, the risk arises that among their minor "wards" will be promoted such a rule of life, or with high probability, they will become followers of this sexual orientation, which is a violation of children’s conventional right to privacy. This is unacceptable, both for the Church and for the whole society.

We would also like to note, that we fully support the position of the Ministry of Health, and we believe that the care of the homeless children should be carried out in coordination with the Government, on the basis of current legislation and not only at the discretion of the organization "Identoba" - independently, as in this case, the risk of adverse impact on the privacy and children's right to choose will be more or less neutralized.
