The memorial service for died in Afghanistan Georgian soldiers will be held on June 9 at 19:00 pm at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity.
The memorial service will be served by the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II.
On June 6 in Afghanistan were killed seven Georgian soldiers.
As a result of the suicide terrorist attack at the base of the Georgian peacekeeping contingent in Helmand province were killed - Teimuraz Ortavidze, George Adamov, Zurab Gurgenashvili, Michael Narindoshvili, Boris Tsugoshvili, Zviad Sulkhanishvili and George Guchashvili. During the attack also were wounded nine soldiers.
