Patriarch about the incidents on May 17

The Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II held a prayer service of the Blessed Virgin Mary at the Holy Trinity Cathedral. He once more commented on the incident on May 17.

"What happened on May 17 is very sad and the ideas they are going to plant in Georgia are absolutely not acceptable. It is also very sad that the Georgian priests did not behave properly and I want to urge everyone to remain calm. It is not permissible to insult and humiliate others.
