Patriarch Leaves for Finland

On the advice of doctors, the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II has left for the capital of Finland - Helsinki.
At the Tbilisi International Airport, the spiritual leader was accompanied by the congregation and clergy. According to Deacon Michael Botkoveli, in Finland are planned the rehabilitation procedures. The visit will be short: it will last, presumably two weeks.
During the Sunday sermon at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II blessed the congregation and asked them to pray for him.
"On the recommendation of doctors I'm going for two weeks to the capital of Finland - Helsinki. There I will be examined by doctors, after that, by the blessing of God and your prayers I will be back to home. I hope that you will pray for me. We are going abroad with hope ", - said the spiritual leader of the country.
