The Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia the Second delivered church service today. He said that Georgia has one real party and it is homeland. Patriarch underscored that people must serve homeland, because “if we lose connection with our predecessors, our culture, religion, homeland, everything will be lost. I’m very surprised that often our fellow countrymen think about their positions, income, their happiness and less about their homeland”, - Ilia the Second said.

Ilia the Second remembered the visit of the chairperson of Swiss Parliament, who said that they don’t have opposition in parliament, that they work for the country and this is all that‘s necessary.

“I’m surprised when the MPs say – this belongs to the majority and that to the minority. We are forgetting that if the homeland is lost, everything vanishes. We won’t exist and we’ll be mixed with some nation. We must take care of our nation, not to think which party we belong to. We have one party, and it is our homeland, our people. We have to discern who are poor and who are well off”, - Patriarch declared.
