David Usupashvili to meet with the representatives of the Orthodox Churches

The Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia David Usupashvili will meet with the representatives of the Orthodox Churches of the world. Reception will be held in Tbilisi, in the old Parliament House at 20:00 hours. Before meeting with the Speaker, the clergy will visit Mtskheta and Samtavro, as well as Shiomgvime monastery.

A delegation of the Orthodox Churches arrived in Georgia in connection with the 35th anniversary of the enthronement and the 80th anniversary of the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II. The delegation includes the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I.
