I appeal to all Georgia on behalf of the Holy Synod of the Georgian Church. Yesterday and today, through the media are spread the horrific facts that occur in prisons. We condemn these actions and encourage the public to create a proper commission to study the facts and protect the rights of prisoners.

We deeply regret that there are such facts in Georgia.
